Hi, I’m Danae Brooker, founder of TerraPawz. It started with my pup, Luna. When she began struggling with her health, everything changed. I suddenly saw how many treats labeled “healthy” were still packed with fillers and junk — built for flavor and shelf life, not for daily wellness. And yet, treats are what dogs get most often. That realization hit hard.
I set out to create something different: treats designed to be used every day, with functional ingredients and real purpose behind every recipe. To do that, I partnered with my sister-in-law Sharon Fornes, RVT, VTS (Anesthesia & Analgesia), who brings decades of hands-on veterinary experience, along with a pet food scientist to help dial in the formulas.
